What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help us deliver great customer outcomes. You'll bring hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of how to extend platform capabilities using tools like Flow, Lightning, and Apex. This role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment - particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Omnistudio within Financial Services Cloud - ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A deep understanding and demonstrable use of Omnistudio, Apex and Lightning Web components are essential.
- Strong Salesforce Experience: Proven hands-on work with Salesforce especially working with case management, and process automation.
- Salesforce Flow Expertise: Strong experience with Flow.
- Multi Business Unit Support: Ability to manage requirements across different business units in a single org using record types, page layouts, and permission sets.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, promoting inclusion and knowledge sharing.
