What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help us deliver great customer outcomes. You’ll bring hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of how to extend platform capabilities using tools like Flow, Lightning, and Apex. This role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment—particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Omnistudio within Financial Services Cloud—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- A deep understanding and demonstratable use of Omnistudio, Apex and Lightning Web components are essential.
- Strong Salesforce Experience: Proven hands‑on work with Salesforce especially working with case management, and process automation.
- Salesforce Flow Expertise: Strong experience with Flow.
- Multi‑Business Unit Support: Ability to manage requirements across different business units in a single org using record types, page layouts, and permission sets.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, promoting inclusion and knowledge sharing.
