We’re expanding our B2B telesales team and looking for confident, motivated salespeople who enjoy building relationships, hitting realistic targets, and being part of a team that values trust, consistency and fair reward for effort.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage a mix of inbound and outbound sales, turning warm leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Respond professionally and at pace to convert warm inbound leads to new partners.
  • Make structured outbound calls from provided data to grow our Partner Network.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Hit clear, achievable monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure every partner has a great experience.

  • Confidence speaking to customers and asking questions to understand their needs.

That’s usually within standard office hours, but they’re free to start earlier, finish earlier, or adjust their schedule when needed. They simply coordinate as a team. It’s flexibility that works — for you, your team and the people we partner with.
