About Compare Cosmetic
Compare Cosmetic is a new safety-first aesthetics marketplace that connects patients with verified clinics and practitioners through trusted technology, transparent information, and easy booking tools. We’re building a platform designed to raise standards across the aesthetics industry while helping clinics grow through better visibility, bookings, compliance, governance and patient trust. We have recently launched our Beta platform, and now we’re looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and confident speaking to clinics face-to-face.
The Role
We are hiring a Clinic Growth Executive to help onboard clinics onto the Compare Cosmetic platform across London and surrounding areas. This is not a heavily corporate sales role with endless meetings and micromanagement. It’s a flexible, field-based role focused on:
- building relationships
- generating trust
- getting clinics successfully onboarded
You’ll spend most of your time:
- visiting clinics
- speaking with practitioners
- attending industry events
- following up leads
- confidently communicating the benefits of the Compare Cosmetic platform
This role would suit someone who:
- works well independently
- is naturally outgoing and thrives on relationship-building and closing opportunities
What You’ll Be Doing
Clinic Outreach & Relationship Building
- Contact and meet aesthetic clinics, cosmetic surgery providers, dental clinics, and medical professionals
- Build relationships with clinic owners, practitioners, and managers via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits
Platform Demonstration & Sales
- Confidently explain the benefits of Compare Cosmetic
- Educate clinics on how the platform helps generate bookings, increase visibility, build trust, and drive operational growth
- Convert interested clinics into fully onboarded users
Field-Based Networking
- Attend industry events, fairs, networking opportunities, and conferences with leadership where required
- Represent the Compare Cosmetic brand professionally and confidently
- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Maintain strong communication with leadership through regular KPI and progress check-ins
- Help provide market feedback and insights from clinics to support product development
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Previous experience in field sales, account acquisition or brand representation
- Background in one or more of the following industries is desirable but not essential: cosmetic surgery, dentistry or related sectors will be considered
- Comfortable speaking to clinics and medical professionals confidently
Personality & Work Style
This role is ideal for someone who:
- is naturally personable and confident
- speaks professionally and builds trust quickly
- enjoys working independently
- is proactive and commercially minded
- can manage their own workload without constant supervision
- genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships
We care far more about energy, confidence, communication ability and sales instinct rather than deep technical knowledge as we can train you on the product.
Requirements
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Ideally based in London or surrounding areas
- Comfortable travelling locally to clinics and events (as needed)
Compensation
- Commission structure on successfully onboarded clinics
- Opportunity to grow with an early-stage startup
