We are seeking an onsite experienced Producer to join our Advertising team, at Company 3 UK Studios for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clarify client delivery specs and colour space in advance of projects
  • Maintain open communication with the team, Data Lab, Operational & Engineering support
  • Project management, scheduling and tracking from bid through to delivery co-ordination
  • Co-ordinate virtual sessions liaising with other locations
  • Maintain supporting documentation for workflows or new camera formats
  • Liaison with other offices on a regular basis
  • Keep an eye out for new talent
  • Liaison with editorial internal and external
  • Maintaining best practices for content security and client confidentiality

SKILLS:

  • Experience of working on and in advertising
  • Understanding of the post-production workflow
  • Understanding of colour space and formats
  • Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to manage upwards and downwards

EXPERIENCE:

  • PC and Mac Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel) and file transfer tools (such as Aspera)
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and priority assessment skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of digital camera formats (Arri, Red, Phantom etc.) as well as film 16MM / 35MM
  • Knowledge of business systems Ceta / Mediapulse

HOURS:

Standard 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday. However, due to the nature of the role, some weekends and public holiday working may be required. This role is an on-site position.
