The role carries direct and indirect managerial responsibilities across several teams handling a busy operation with up to 40 staff on the night shift.
You will oversee home shopping, chill produce, FLT and warehouse activities, monitor workflow and safety, and drive continuous improvement while upholding Company Shop standards.
