About us: Company Shop Group (part of Biffa Waste) is the largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products in the UK, enabling retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock. The surplus we handle is redistributed through our Company Shop stores and our Community Shop social enterprise, delivering impact and building stronger individuals and communities.
Responsibilities
- Design with impact: create dynamic workshops, digital modules, bite-sized videos, and engaging methods that help knowledge stick
- Spot the gaps: partner with managers to uncover development needs and turn them into opportunities
- Keep it fresh: craft materials that are fun, modern, and aligned with our culture and values
- Measure success: track progress through feedback, results, and performance uplift
- Facilitate with flair: deliver sessions that energise and inspire

Hybrid role: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home
Location: Company Shop Head Office, Wentworth Industrial Park, 1-4 Wentworth Way, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S75 3DH
Salary: Circa £30k
Hours: 08:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday
