We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leadership — driving growth, innovation, and cultural transformation.

What You\’ll Do:
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business growth
- Build talent pipelines and enable leadership capability
- Champion employee experience through engagement, wellbeing and culture
- Navigate complex employee relations and drive risk management
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
- Shape recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent
- Deliver HR learning interventions to upskill leaders
- Continuously improve HR processes with an agile mindset
Requirements
What You\’ll Bring:
- 5+ years\’ experience in a commercially focused HR role
- Strong expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning
- Proven ability in complex ER case management (disciplinary, dismissal, tribunal)
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills to turn insights into action
- Confident communicator and influencer at senior levels
- Passion for driving change and building culture
