Company Shop Group, part of Biffa, is recruiting a Divisional Head of Health & Safety to provide strategic leadership across the division from Tankersley, Yorkshire. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days from home, with a salary of £75-85k and a 40-hour week.
The successful candidate will lead the divisional H&S function, collaborate with Group and Divisional leaders, and shape risk management, safety culture and operational ownership across the business.
