Location: RSA House WC2N 6EZ
Rate of Pay: £32,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus up to £6,000
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7- 9am to 5.30pm or 10am to 6pm based on site at RSA House. Requirement to work mainly Saturdays over the weekends for weddings, 2pm to 10pm, generally working around 26 weekend days per year.

The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing position responsible for the end-to-end management of weddings and private events at RSA House, from first enquiry to successful delivery on the day. You will be the main point of contact for wedding couples throughout their planning journey, supported by our operational teams on the day.
The role includes:
- Using our booking system to manage all event lead administration and organisation for Weddings and Private Events.
- Handling all aspects of planning and delivery, including site visits, contracting, tastings, timelines, and event-day management.
- Maintaining high levels of service and detail, ensuring every couple receives a personalised experience.
- Managing and developing relationships with couples, clients, suppliers, agents and venue teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct show rounds, tastings and pre-event meetings.
- Produce accurate quotes, contracts, event sheets and invoices when required.
- Upsell food, beverage, AV and consumables where there are opportunities.
- Ensure all communication, systems and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Lead on planning and delivering weddings on the day in collaboration with operations teams.
- Support in maintaining RSA House profiles on key third-party wedding platforms.
- Support marketing by providing content support for the @RSAWeddings Instagram.
- Organise and host the bi-annual wedding showcase.
- Liaise with the marketing team on campaign content, trends and market insights.
Client & Supplier Management
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Represent RSA House at tastings, client meetings, and industry events.
- Negotiate and maintain preferred supplier agreements.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be an experienced, creative and passionate wedding professional with a proven track record of planning and delivering weddings in a venue, agency or hospitality setting. You are:
- Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligent.
- Impeccably organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and with multiple stakeholders.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office and event systems (e.g., Rendezvous).
- Minimum of 1 year experience with weddings.
