Location: London

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - 5 days out of 7, flexibility is essential

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the GM to maximise sales at the relevant site
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, warm, and professional service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand and service standards
  • Develop and implement training and development plans to nurture a high-performance team
  • Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, budgets, and targets, to drive efficiency without compromising service
  • Handle guest relations with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach, maintaining a positive and engaged atmosphere
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and senior management team to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Take charge of recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and team morale
  • Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times
  • Contribute to building a workplace culture that values professionalism, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a management role within high-end or fast-paced restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development
  • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, proactive attitude
  • Strong financial acumen, including labour and P&L management
  • Passionate about hospitality, team culture, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
