Set within the iconic Royal Opera House, Cicoria is an Italian restaurant created in partnership with Angela Hartnett. Our food is seasonal, ingredient-led and rooted in the simplicity and precision of Italian cooking, served in one of London’s most unique hospitality settings.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this busy and high-profile restaurant. You will be a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently running service while maintaining exceptional standards and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
  • Take full responsibility for daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
  • Maintain and drive high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, and wider leadership team
  • Implement effective training and development plans to support team growth
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care

About You

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume, premium restaurant environment
  • Passionate about hospitality, with a hands-on approach to service
  • Confident leading from the front and managing the floor
  • Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Knowledge of quality food and beverage is highly desirable
