This is a unique, dual role combining event planning and on-site delivery, focused mainly on internal hospitality such as meetings, working lunches, and day-to-day events. This role would suit someone with an events background who enjoys being both behind the scenes organising and front of house delivering. You’ll play a key part in ensuring all bookings run smoothly, from initial enquiry through to execution, while supporting the wider team on-site.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage event bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Coordinate internal hospitality including meetings, tea & coffee service, and working lunches
- Support the on-site delivery of events, including set up, service, and breakdown
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm requirements and expectations
- Assist with scheduling, reservations, and general event administration
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation across all events
- Work closely with the General Manager and wider team to support daily operations
- Occasionally travel to Hampton Court Palace to support events when required
- Previous experience in events or hospitality, ideally in a hands-on or supervisory role
- Confident managing both planning and operational delivery of events
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach, happy to support where needed
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients
- Someone looking to step into a more office-based role while still staying operational
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
