Overview

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager or passionate and energetic Assistant Bar Manager eager to step up to take ownership of Bar Cicoria by Angela Hartnett, leading the main bar operation while overseeing the bar teams across the Cicoria restaurant dispense bar and Performance Bar.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will have primary responsibility for the operation, standards and performance of our main bar. Alongside Bar Cicoria, you will oversee the bar teams operating from the Cicoria restaurant dispense bar and the Performance Bar, which operates around performances at the Royal Ballet & Opera.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves premium hospitality, exceptional cocktails and high-quality service, while benefiting from more manageable finishing times than many central London venues. Evening services usually finish around 11:00pm.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager or passionate and energetic Assistant Bar Manager with a genuine passion for premium hospitality and a proven ability to lead a busy operation. Ideally, you will have experience within a high volume and high end cocktail bar, luxury hotel or high-profile hospitality environment.

Experience managing a high-volume bar operation is particularly desirable, as is experience working within a premium hospitality environment. You will be a highly visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable managing a busy, high-volume operation while maintaining the quality, consistency and attention to detail expected from a premium hospitality environment.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive standards, develop the team, maximise sales and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.
