Location: London – WC1H 9JZ
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. You will be required to support in hospitality so additional hours will be available as overtime; some flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs.
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers.
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time.
- You will be responsible for running the café and covering between 50-60 covers per day.
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Drive the café to improve the food and increase our covers during lunch period.
- Be flexible and have a good front of house ability to cover during busy lunch period.
- Be highly focused on social sustainability.
- Have contract Catering or Café background highly desirable.
- Very well organised and good time‑management skills.
- Have in‑depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and sanitation standards.
