Location: London (Farringdon)

Salary: £44,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (with hospitality up to ~8pm when required)

Key responsibilities

  • Managing Lunch and snacking programme - Lunch is CPU based.
  • People and customer centric attitude and focus.
  • Manage underperformance and coach.
  • Train the team to deliver on clients expectations.
  • Needs to be a foodie and able to translate customer feedback into tangible feedback to CPU and wider stakeholders.
  • Will manage front and back of house total team up to 20 people.
  • Ability to manage budgets and labour finance, always looking for more efficient and practical solutions.
  • Present new Snacking options to the client and therefore needs to keep abreast of trends.
