Location: Edinburgh EH8

Salary: £15.43ph

Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are currently looking for a strong Team Leader/Supervisor for a brand-new site, to oversee our retail space.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of two and must have previous experience in a supervisory or management role.

Candidates should also have:

  • Barista skills
  • A strong background in either contract catering or restaurants
  • Good knowledge of health and food safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Observing Safety and Hygiene legislation
  • To ensure that all stock is monitored and handled correctly.
