Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure front-of-house and back-of-house teams work together harmoniously.Operations and quality control Daily operations: Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring a professional atmosphere.Food and beverage: Work with the kitchen to monitor food quality, presentation, and preparation.Inventory and stock: Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and place orders for food and beverages with suppliers.
