We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Wisley.

Location: Wisley Gardens

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high standards.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's menu specifications, maintaining consistency and quality at all times.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils are kept clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Guide and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, helping them develop their skills and ensuring they follow proper procedures.
  • Assist in ordering and managing stock for the section, ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and that wastage is minimised.
