Salary: £15.43 per hour

Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a brand-new site, supervising the retail space.
  • Manage a small team of two, requiring prior supervisory or management experience.
  • Possess barista skills and a strong background in contract catering or restaurants.
  • Maintain good knowledge of health and food safety standards, and exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Observe safety and hygiene legislation.
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and handling of all stock.
