In the Insurance Consulting business at WTW, we advise insurance companies, brokers, and MGAs on risk management and operational improvements. We provide strategic solutions to leading insurers across both life and property/casualty sectors. This role will involve supporting our clients by solving complex commercial problems, working with actuaries, data scientists, underwriters, and more.
Responsibilities
- Working on 3 client projects at once, gaining experience in various data hungry areas such as pricing, claims, and operational processes
- Participating in regular project meetings to understand business contexts and provide updates
- Communicating progress with client stakeholders
- Receiving training during the first few months and continuing on the job learning
- Supporting research and product development
- Managing project content and delivery as your role progresses
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 and 1 degree in a numerate discipline
- 2 and 1 degree with A-Level Maths grade A/B or equivalent qualifications
