We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our busy warehouse team at DHL Supply Chain Tradeteam in Burton on Trent, DE14 2WT. This is a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, where the team plays a key role in storing, handling, and distributing beverages to customers across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe movement of stock throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing picking locations, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the distribution centre.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use forklift trucks to move, stack, load and unload goods accurately.
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and locations are accurate.
- Meet productivity and operational targets.
- Support warehouse operations and teamwork.
