Job: Research Assistant in London

Premier League football club is seeking Research Assistants to support sponsorship and marketing activities. The role is based in Central London and offers a chance to learn about the fast-paced sports marketing industry. The internship, lasting 4-6 months, will provide a unique insight into the operations of a major sports club.

Responsibilities

• The job involves writing reports on various industries and businesses, assessing their suitability for sponsorship, monitoring sports business developments, producing lists of companies to approach, sourcing contact details, supporting sales meetings, working with the Commercial Analysis team, conducting in-depth research, being adaptable, creative, diligent, and able to work autonomously, and collaborating with the Commercial Analysis team on various business requests
• The individual must be diligent, attentive to details, and able to work autonomously

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be an ambitious graduate with strong academic background, including strong analytical and report writing skills
• They should also have a good business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to spot commercial opportunities
• They should be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a mature, confident telephone manner, and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• The role requires a degree with strong analytical and report writing components, and the candidate must be able to work in the UK
