Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a WebFocus Developer to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that support business data visibility and decision-making. This role focuses on developing advanced WebFOCUS reports, structuring and managing metadata, implementing security and access controls, and ensuring data accuracy through analysis and troubleshooting.
What you will do:
- Develop and modify WebFOCUS reports based on user specifications, including advanced reports with drill-down capabilities.
- Analyze and design WebFOCUS metadata to ensure accurate data structuring for reporting.
- Build and maintain WebFOCUS metadata, including data definitions and mappings.
- Design and implement WebFOCUS security measures, user access controls, and sign-on configurations.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot discrepancies and report errors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing and maintaining WebFOCUS reports in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of WebFOCUS metadata design, data definitions, and mappings.
