This is an exciting opportunity to join Company3’s Operation department based at Chancery Lane, London. Company 3 work on many high-end UK and international productions providing clients with a full range of post-production services including Grade, Online, Sound and VFX. The Production Operations Coordinator will be part of the Operations team, supporting the coordination of remote sessions and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of company operations, while serving as a key point of contact for production.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Company 3 London facility.
- Provide operational support to Production.
- Test, prepare, and coordinate remote sessions as required, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with Engineering.
- Work closely with the local production team and other Company 3 facilities to ensure information is accurate and communicated effectively.
- Manage studio resources, including technical equipment (e.g. grading panels and monitors), covering movement, setup, and testing.
- Help ensure appropriate equipment and resources are booked for all remote sessions.
- Monitor, track, and troubleshoot technical problems, triaging where necessary.
- Stay informed of daily facility activities and help address any issues that arise.
- Undertake additional operational duties as required by the Operations Manager (e.g. display calibrations).
Experience & Skills
- Strong understanding of episodic and feature film workflows.
- Familiarity with remote connectivity tools such as Sohonet Pivot and Colorfront Streaming.
- Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Baselight grading systems.
- Solid technical aptitude.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced post-production environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with a diplomatic approach.
- Able to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Reports To
Overall report to Operations Manager.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week. Flexible approach to working hours is essential, as this is an onsite, shift-based role that includes evenings and occasional weekends.
