This is an exciting opportunity to join Company3, a leading provider of Color, Finishing, and Sound post-production services for high-profile UK and international productions, based in Chancery Lane, London. As an onsite Deliverables Technician, you will play a key role in the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality content, often within tight deadlines and to strict standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to provide frontline operational support to our finishing artists and clients.
  • Create, review, and perform quality checks on final deliverables content, to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Manage the ingest and delivery of content in coordination with the Data department.
  • Utilise professional tools to render, export, and deliver media in a range of formats for various platforms and clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Company3’s security protocols and actively support efforts to uphold our security accreditations.
  • Monitor available storage capacity and follow media management policies to optimise usage, ensuring compliance with file and folder naming conventions.
  • Prepare and conform content as needed to support picture finishing departments.

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a post‑production environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in Mac, Windows, and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of media file formats, camera formats, and the end‑to‑end camera‑to‑screen workflow.
  • Basic knowledge of colour science and its application in post‑production processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Transkoder, DaVinci Resolve, and Baselight is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow complex post‑production workflows.

Hours of Work

40 hours per week, onsite. While the core schedule is Monday to Friday, flexibility is essential, as evening, weekend, and shift work may be required based on client demands and project delivery deadlines.
