We are looking for experienced Care Professionals to join our growing domiciliary care team. In this role, you will provide essential, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, supporting their independence and well-being.

What We are Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in care (domiciliary, senior care, nursing homes preferred)
- Transport: Own vehicle & valid driving license (essential)
- Qualifications: NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Skills: Medication administration (preferred)
- Traits: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
- Professionalism: Discreet, reliable, and organised
- Compliance: Enhanced DBS, two references and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility
- Administer medication as prescribed, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe home environment
- Offer companionship and help with appointments, errands, and outings
- Maintain accurate records of care logs and report concerns promptly
- Effective Communication with clients and care team
