Companion Homecare is a family-run company dedicated to providing the highest quality, person-centred care for our clients, while offering a highly supportive and rewarding environment for our care team. We are looking for experienced Care Professionals to join our growing domiciliary care team. In this role, you will provide essential, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, supporting their independence and well-being.

What We are Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ year in care (domiciliary, senior care, nursing homes preferred)
  • Transport: Own vehicle & valid driving license (essential)
  • Qualifications: NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Skills: Medication administration (preferred)
  • Traits: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic
  • Professionalism: Discreet, reliable, and organised
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS, two references and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care, ensuring clients' comfort and dignity
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal prep, and mobility
  • Administer medication as prescribed, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe home environment
  • Offer companionship and help with appointments, errands, and outings
  • Maintain accurate records of care logs and report concerns promptly
  • Effective Communication with clients and care team
