  • Contribute to performance optimisation efforts, ensuring smooth and engaging gameplay.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in game art, with at least 3+ years focused on environment creation.
  • Expertise in stylised, non-photorealistic environments, with a strong understanding of retro-inspired aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Maya/Blender, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, particularly in level performance and optimisation.
  • Ability to create PBR textures that maintain a retro-futuristic look and feel.
  • Understanding of gamepad controls and camera tuning for console games.

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience working on shipped console titles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with lighting setups in Unreal Engine to enhance mood and atmosphere.
  • Experience in shader creation to achieve unique, retro-inspired visual effects.
  • Knowledge of VFX and particle systems to add depth and life to environments.

  • Be part of a passionate and dynamic team working on exciting, boundary-pushing projects.
