About the role

The Workforce Planning Development and Forecasting Manager is a pivotal role within the Workforce Planning, Analytics and HR Systems Team, working with the business and broader HR Teams to plan and undertake the collaborative development of workforce planning principles, guidelines and governance in Companies House as well as establishing strategic and operational workforce planning procedures.
