We are looking for a creative and adaptable Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Intelligence Analysis team.

As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of delivering our new intelligence and law enforcement powers. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

  • Manage and develop a team of intelligence analysts and intelligence researchers, supporting their personal and professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver products and processes and influence decision making.
  • Own the commissioning, production and quality assurance of intelligence products such as Tactical Assessments or Strategic Intelligence Assessments.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities where intelligence and intelligence analysis can support Companies House or wider Law Enforcement.
  • Maintain an expert level knowledge of analytical methodologies, legislation and specific subject matter expertise and develop understanding of economic crime and Companies House.
  • Work with the Deputy Head of Intelligence (Analysis) to ensure the training, development, data, technology and intelligence processes are fit for purpose.
  • Work in either the tactical or strategic intelligence analysis fields.

We’re looking for a Senior Intelligence Analyst who can demonstrate:

  • Extensive understanding and experience of developing and producing, strategic and operational intelligence and risk products.
  • Knowledge and application of a wide range of analytical techniques.
  • Knowledge of the principles of the National Intelligence Model and other relevant guidance and legislation.
  • A deep understanding of the intelligence cycle and the role of intelligence in the investigative process.
  • Experience of leading and developing teams.
  • Management of a variety of stakeholders; building strong working relationships.

To be eligible for this role you also need to meet our Nationality requirements and also successful candidates must meet the security requirements for Security Check (SC) before they can be appointed. To gain (SC) clearance you will need to have been a UK resident for a minimum of 3 years. Also, Companies House cannot offer Visa sponsorship to candidates through this campaign.
