Lead product work from Discovery through delivery, helping teams understand problems, identify opportunities and focus on delivering value. Use evidence from user feedback, research, data and service performance to make decisions and improve products and services. Identify, manage and communicate significant risks, dependencies and issues, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions and take appropriate action. Support commercial, procurement and supplier-management activities, helping delivery partners meet agreed outcomes and standards. Recruit, lead, coach and develop Product Managers, supporting their growth and helping maintain high product management standards across the profession. Support the Head of Product Management with workforce planning, capability development and improving the Product Management profession. Lead and contribute to Communities of Practice, knowledge sharing, professional development initiatives and cross-profession collaboration. Experience leading, coaching and developing individuals and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Experience using user research, data and service performance insights to identify improvements and make evidence-based decisions. Strong experience identifying, managing and communicating risks, issues and dependencies to support informed decision-making. Experience delivering products and services using agile ways of working and supporting teams to work effectively in agile environments. Experience working in a technical environment, with an understanding of modern technology, software development and collaboration with technical specialists.
