Our aim at Companies House is to be the best Registry of Companies in the world. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to play an integral role in our Digital Team, supporting directors, managing diaries effectively and providing high quality support as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with Directors to understand their priorities and preferred working styles. Using your initiative, you will manage and prioritise busy diaries and inboxes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating papers, tracking deadlines and actions.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and arranging travel.
  • Managing multiple diaries and resolving conflicts.
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support to the Directorate.
  • Planning and coordinating visits for external visitors.
  • Supporting other PAs as needed by covering work for additional Directors.
  • Supporting Directorate wide events and communications.
  • Working with the Business Manager to ensure smooth administration of Directorate wide initiatives and activities.

The Personal Assistant will have:

You will be aligned to our Cardiff office, where you will be expected to attend on a regular basis. We are currently using a hybrid approach to the way we work which provides opportunities for you to be adaptable in the way you work so that you can achieve a healthy balance between your work and home life.

Companies House cannot offer Visa sponsorship to candidates through this campaign. Successful candidates must pass a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check before they can be appointed.
