As Head of Talent Acquisition - Digital and Technology at Companies House, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for leading our 360-recruitment lifecycle for Digital and Technology.
Responsible for the line management of 1 Senior Recruitment Manager and directly reporting to the Head of Strategic Resourcing, you will ensure the attraction, selection, and acquisition of exceptional, diverse talent for digital and technology. Your leadership will shape our approach to Talent Acquisition, helping Companies House deliver on its mission to ensure integrity and transparency across the UK's financial landscape.
