Primary responsibility
This role’s primary responsibility is to be a steward of our brands across an international marketplace, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across every touchpoint. The role will drive innovation, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies that strengthen brand equity while delivering sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing marketing plans that support brand growth and commercial objectives.
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels.
- Driving new product development and innovation initiatives across the brand portfolio.
- Protecting the identity of our brands across all consumer and trade channels.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, artwork, advertising, packaging, and communications.
- Building strong relationships with trade and consumer media to enhance brand visibility through advertising, editorial features, advertorials, and press releases.
- Monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
What you need to succeed
- Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms. Additional European language is a plus.
- 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods, consumer goods, or pet industry, ideally in international marketplace.
- Demonstrated experience across digital channels (social, e-commerce, performance marketing).
- Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management.
- Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer marketing across an international marketplace.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
