Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

  • Contrôle et entretien : Surveillez et entretenez nos infrastructures, équipements de production et Dispositifs de Surveillance et de Mesure (DSM) selon un planning de maintenance préventive bien défini.
  • Diagnostic et réparation : Détectez, diagnostiquez et réparez les pannes pour minimiser les arrêts de production et garantir une efficacité maximale.
  • Organisation et gestion : Gérez, organisez et programmez les activités et interventions de maintenance avec précision et efficacité.
  • Amélioration continue : Proposez et participez activement à l'amélioration de notre outil de production existant et au développement de nouveaux équipements.
  • Coordination : Planifiez, coordonnez et enregistrez les interventions des sous-traitants externes pour une collaboration sans faille.
  • Communication : Informez les Chefs d'équipes et le Responsable Développement de l'outil de Production en cas d'immobilisation d'un équipement.
  • Adaptabilité : Adaptez et priorisez vos activités face aux évolutions et contraintes pour toujours rester à la pointe.
  • Support technique : Apportez un appui technique précieux à votre service ou à la production.
  • Gestion des stocks : Gérez le stock des pièces détachées pour éviter toute rupture.
  • Sécurité : Appliquez rigoureusement les procédures de sécurité pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr.
  • Achats : Définissez et réalisez les achats nécessaires pour maintenir notre équipement en parfait état.
  • Documentation : Mettez à jour les dossiers machines et réalisez la qualification des équipements ou DSM.

Poste à pourvoir en CDI à temps plein (35 heures par semaine) - Pas d'astreinte.

Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?

  • Formation : Bac +2 ou plus dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise d'un logiciel de GMAO et des outils Office, connaissances en mécanique, pneumatique et électricité (les automatismes seraient un plus).
  • Qualités personnelles : Autonomie, polyvalence, esprit d'équipe, organisation et capacité à traiter plusieurs sujets de front.
