Compact Security Services have great opportunities for friendly and confident individuals to join our team working festivals and events this Summer. Roles will commence mid to late May 2026 working throughout the Summer until September on some of the biggest festivals in the UK.
We have opportunities for roles as event stewards as well as support roles such as project co-ordination, logistics and accreditation (mention on application/ as at interview if interested in these positions). Free or subsidised transport provided from Manchester to all selected locations outside of North West.
Duties will include assisting people attending festival sites, providing directions, information and assisting with queries or supporting our logistics operations. These roles will not be based in Manchester so it is important that you are flexible to travel and stay away from home on team campsites at festivals. Interviews will be held in Manchester during March and April.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High standard of personal presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role/customer service experience preferred
- Provide documentation at interview which demonstrates your eligibility to work within the UK and unrestricted right to work in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
- 5 year checkable work history (including school, further education and unemployment) - please note all offers are conditional on passing screening
- Spectator safety qualification - desirable
- Driving license - desirable not essential
- Flexible to travel and stay away from home - these roles will involve camping and overnight stays
