Here at Compac we are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Sales UK team, to drive sales for our international operation, specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of luxurious quartz and marble. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a successful team to drive sales within a dynamic multinational company that values innovation and excellence. We are looking for a professional to join our team covering the North of the UK to continue our global growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, margin expectations, and volume objectives.
  • Manage all commercial activity within the territory including pricing, promotions, quotations, project pipeline, and contract agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and territory KPIs, taking proactive action to address risks and gaps.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through consistent prospecting, project tracking, and structured follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and communication of territory performance to senior management.

About you

The ideal candidate will be a positive and strong sales professional who thrives on building relationships and smashing targets. You will be ideally located in either the Manchester, Leeds, or Sheffield area.
