Concept: Set in the heart of Knightsbridge, this new restaurant is more than just a restaurant; it is a vibrant escape inspired by the Amalfi Coast. The venue celebrates la dolce vita in a modern, cosmopolitan way. It offers a sensory and social experience where design, cuisine, and ambiance come together for London's discerning clientele.
Role: We are looking for a charismatic and experienced General Manager to lead this restaurant. This is a pivotal role requiring a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced lifestyle environment. The GM will embody the soul of the concept: warm, stylish, and highly service-oriented; while ensuring operational excellence and creating a unique and welcoming team culture.
- Lead all post-opening operations including recruitment, training, and setup of systems and SOPs
- Set the tone for the guest experience, delivering outstanding hospitality aligned with a Mediterranean spirit and London standards
- Build, inspire, and manage a diverse front- and back-of-house team
- Establish a strong service culture and ensure consistency across lunch, dinner, events, and bar service
- Collaborate with the Group, based in Dubai, and the culinary team to ensure menu execution and brand coherence
- Oversee financial performance including budgets, cost control, and KPI tracking
- Develop a local guest base, increase visibility and support the marketing and events strategy
- Manage suppliers, compliance, and health & safety in line with UK regulations
Profile: Proven experience as General Manager in an international group, for a high-end lifestyle restaurant. Strong leadership qualities: team builder, hands-on, performance-oriented. Understanding of the Mediterranean 'art de vivre', with cultural sensibility and hospitality savoir-faire. Stylish, charismatic, and client-facing, with a natural sense of hospitality and service excellence. Solid understanding of London's F&B scene, operational standards, and customer expectations, especially high end restaurants & F&B concepts. Fluent in English; Italian or another European language is a plus.
