We are delighted and excited to offer this opportunity to join an award winning and rapidly expanding tech business in the telecommunication billing sector. Due to recent sales success, they have secured commitment from multiple Telecom/Mobile Resellers, VARs and Wholesalers to move all or elements of their Billing operations to this state-of-the-art platform.
Reporting to a Senior Billing Analyst you will focus on hands-on billing tasks, data changes, and customer administration, rather than managing customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day billing administration tasks, including manual data updates, configuration changes and data checks.
- Support Senior/Lead Billing Analysts during monthly billing cycles, assisting with validations and quality checks.
- Process customer requests and changes accurately and within SLAs.
- Raise, monitor, and resolve tickets through our internal systems.
- Assist with importing data files, reviewing exceptions, and completing corrective actions.
- Liaise with customers (via email and phone) to resolve straightforward queries.
- Escalate more complex incidents to Billing Analysts and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to a high standard.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes and customer experience.
Key Qualifications and Skills

- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

- Confident using spreadsheets and general office applications
