They work with sophisticated, data-led clients across these markets and are entering a key growth phase, including a rebrand, an expanded product roadmap, and an ambitious commercial plan.

As marketing manager reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will own and deliver marketing activity end to end. This is a hands-on role for a marketing generalist who is comfortable turning strategy into execution and is motivated by building pipeline, not just outputs.

Although UK-based, you will be responsible for delivering the annual marketing plan globally, supporting pipeline and revenue growth, strengthening our market position in private equity and M&A, and helping to grow the new brand post-launch in January 2026. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, product, and customer teams, with the autonomy to run marketing day to day.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in B2B SaaS, data, or fintech and wants clear ownership, measurable impact, and room to grow a function.

Responsibilities
  • Own delivery of the marketing plan across content, campaigns, events, ABM, partnerships, and PR.
  • Generate and influence qualified pipeline, working closely with sales in the USA and Europe on targeting, messaging, and follow-up.
  • Plan and execute campaigns aligned to commercial priorities and buying stages.
Brand, positioning, and rebrand
  • Support the new brand transition post-launch, including messaging, website, and external communications.
  • Maintain clear, consistent positioning across all channels.
  • Develop strong value-led narratives for different audiences within private equity and M&A markets.
Content and thought leadership
  • Plan and manage a consistent content programme, including blogs, reports, webinars, events, video and social content.
  • Work with internal experts to turn insight into credible, useful thought leadership.
  • Create and repurpose content efficiently across channels to maximise impact.
Account-based and targeted marketing
  • Run ABM activity alongside sales team for priority accounts and segments.
  • Coordinate closely with sales on account selection, campaign timing, and performance.
  • Manage targeting, personalisation, and sequencing across channels.
Events, partnerships, and PR
  • Plan and deliver hosted and third-party events, including webinars and industry conferences.
  • Support partnerships and co-marketing activity.
  • Manage PR activity, awards, and external visibility, with agency support where relevant.
Performance and optimisation
  • Track marketing performance against clear KPIs, including pipeline influence and revenue contribution.
  • Use data to improve targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
  • Own day-to-day use of HubSpot for campaigns, reporting, and optimisation.
Experience required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, data, fintech, or professional services.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing activity that supports revenue growth.
  • Good understanding of long-cycle, high-consideration B2B buying journeys.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams, including ABM or targeted marketing.
  • Confident writing clear, credible copy for senior audiences.
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
  • Comfortable owning projects end to end, from planning to delivery and reporting.
Skills and attributes
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on outcomes rather than activity.
  • Organised, pragmatic, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident working autonomously in a growing business.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Curious about data, technology, and how AI is changing markets.
