Main Activities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and delivery of our billing solution.
- The role will be a mix of client interaction and billing administration which will involve:
- 1st line customer support
- Working closely with our service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of related incidents and service requests.
- Executing the monthly billing runs; time is also spent on improving client experience through speedy response and resolution of billing queries.
- Taking ownership and responsibility of queries for our growing number of new customers.
