What you will do

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and –out process whilst providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
  • Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as with sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates.
  • As our receptionist you must represent the COMO brand and reflect our vision and values at all times.
  • Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging and empathetic manner.
  • To attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain the smooth operation of the department.

Who you are

  • Excellent at greeting and establishing a rapport with our guests
  • Extremely well-organised, responsive to business needs and be a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable
  • A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
