The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home What will you do: Working with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to manager daily kitchen activities, including overseeing the team, assisting with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stock rotation.
Supervising the kitchen brigade on a daily basis.
Providing guidance to junior chefs, including but not limited to, cooking, food preparation and plating dishes.
Ensuring quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
Participate in training and maximise the opportunities for the ongoing development of junior chefs to prepare them for more responsibility.
