What you will do:
- Carry out mise-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neatly and orderly before service.
- Help with the preparation of dishes and service for daily events and functions, under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
- Minimise waste by using ingredients following the recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.
- Be prepared to work on different tasks during the day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.
Who you are:
- Have experience preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
- Will have previous experience working in a fast paced Kitchen
- Experience working within a team
