Responsibilities include following company policies and procedures regarding the check-in and check-out process while providing our guests with prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Be completely knowledgeable of our room categories, layouts, and features, as well as sales types, guest types, VIP codes, and room rates. As our receptionist, you must represent the COMO brand and reflect our vision and values at all times. Handle guest interactions and complaints in a polite, engaging, and empathetic manner. Attend and participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of your shifts to aid the flow of communication and maintain the smooth operation of the department.

You will be excellent at greeting and establishing a rapport with our guests. You will be extremely well organised, responsive to business needs, and be a team player. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong IT skills. Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable. A proactive approach with a self-driven attitude is essential.
