COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

What you will do:

  • Become an integral part of the hotels People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members.
  • Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members.
  • Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork.
  • Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
  • Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels policies & procedures.
  • Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team members.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
  • Support line managers with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in administration & Employee Relations and a keen interest in pursuing a career within People & Culture (HR).
  • Demonstrates flexibility due to the fast-paced nature of the role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt when necessary.
  • Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
  • Ability to remain professional & handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Willingness to grow within Human Resources.
