Tasks / Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the Security team.
- Support and guide Security Officers during each shift.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms and emergencies.
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.
- Complete incident reports and investigate security concerns.
- Control access for contractors, visitors and deliveries.
- Ensure fire safety procedures and inspections are completed.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Support the Security Manager with training and team development.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
Essential Attributes
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Previous security supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good report writing skills.
- First Aid qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
