Role

The
Revenue Analyst plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s revenue optimisation efforts through strategic analysis, forecasting,
and inventory management.

This position is responsible for identifying revenue
opportunities, implementing pricing strategies, and ensuring effective
distribution across all channels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong
analytical skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to
collaborate across departments to achieve financial targets.

  • Support the implementation of revenue strategies for COMO Metropolitan London and COMO The Halkin.
  • Manage processes related to demand forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory control.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of competitive sets, pricing, seasonality, and business mix.
  • Monitor and interpret data from Hotelligence,

Channel Manager, IDea S, and STR reports to inform strategy.

  • Lead weekly forecast meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans.
  • Load and maintain accurate rates and inventory across all distribution channels to ensure rate parity.
  • Provide recommendations for pricing and inventory management by market segment.
  • Monitor performance of special rate offerings, promotions, and packages.
  • Analyse booking patterns, stay behaviour, and market trends to adjust sell strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to challenge existing practices and maximize revenue potential.
  • Evaluate and contribute to the hotel’s budget planning and financial performance goals.
  • Ensure team members are briefed, updated, and trained to meet required standards.
