What you will do
- Ensure every guest receives service that is to a high standard and is consistent
- To supervise the day to day operations on the reception and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
- Reception Team Leaders are to attend, and give, hand over at the end and start of your shift.
- Be completely knowledgeable of room types, sales types, guest types, VIP codes and room rates. Maintain an excellent knowledge of room lay outs and features.
- Represent the COMO brand and reflect the COMO Metropolitan London mission statement
- Reception Team Leaders should set an example for employees to emulate and act as a role model.
Who you are
- A individual who has a background in Front Office hospitality would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Opera is highly desirable.
- A positive character with a proactive approach and a self-driven attitude
- Someone who has Excellent attention to detail
- You have a responsible attitude with a calm and professional approach.
