What You’ll Do
- Become an integral part of the hotel's People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members.
- Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members.
- Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork.
- Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
- Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels policies & procedures.
- Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team members.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
- Support line managers with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters.
